RawMU Rules & Terms of Service

By registering an account, accessing the website, or playing on RawMU (“the server”, “we”, “us”), you agree to follow these Rules and Terms of Service.
Failure to comply may result in penalties up to and including permanent account termination.
If you do not agree with these terms, you must not use RawMU services.
1) General Conduct

All players must behave respectfully toward others and the RawMU staff.

Harassment, threats, hate speech, discrimination, or toxic behavior are strictly prohibited.

Spam, flooding, excessive caps, or disruptive chat behavior is not allowed.
-
Staff decisions are based on logs and evidence and are final.
2) Account Registration & Responsibility

Accounts are for personal use only.
-
You are responsible for all actions performed on your account.
-
Account sharing is strongly discouraged and done at your own risk.
-
RawMU is not responsible for losses caused by:
-
account sharing
-
phishing
-
weak passwords
-
third-party software
-
3) Account Limit Policy (Maximum Accounts)

Each player is allowed a maximum of three (3) accounts.
-
Creating, owning, or controlling more than three accounts, directly or indirectly, is prohibited.
If a player is caught using more than the allowed number of accounts:

All related accounts will be terminated
-
Any associated or linked accounts will also be terminated
-
Additional penalties may be applied to the main account holder
-
Attempts to bypass this limit using VPNs, proxies, or third parties will result in escalated punishment
Account associations are determined by staff using logs, connection data, and other evidence.
4) Character & Guild Naming Rules
4.1 Staff Impersonation (Zero Tolerance)

Character names, guild names, or any identifiers must not contain:
-
Administrator, Admin, GM, GameMaster, Staff
-
Any RawMU staff nickname or misleading variation
-
-
You may not impersonate or present yourself as a RawMU staff member in any way.
Penalty:
Permanent ban on all related accounts and/or IP range, without warning.
4.2 Offensive, Sexual & Discriminatory Names

Character and guild names must not contain:
-
Offensive or insulting language
-
Sexual or explicit content
-
Racist, hateful, or discriminatory terms
-
Names targeting RawMU, its community, or its staff
-
Important:
-
RawMU administration will not change or rename illegal character or guild names.
-
Players who violate naming rules will be punished, up to permanent ban.
Players are fully responsible for choosing compliant names.
5) Cheating, Bots & Automation (Zero Tolerance)
The use of any unauthorized third-party software is strictly prohibited, including but not limited to:

Bots, macros, scripts, auto-clickers
-
Cheat engines, speed hacks, packet editors
-
Automated farming, movement, skill usage, buffs, or potions
Only features built directly into the RawMU client/server are allowed.
Penalty: Permanent ban.
6) Bugs, Exploits & Duplication

Exploiting bugs, glitches, or unintended mechanics is forbidden.
-
Item, currency, or service duplication attempts result in permanent ban.
-
Using or keeping duplicated items is also punishable.
-
Players are encouraged to report bugs to staff.
7) Scamming, Fraud & Deception
The following are prohibited:

Trade scams or misleading offers
-
Fake pricing or bait-and-switch trades
-
Impersonation to steal items or currency
-
Trust trades or deceptive agreements
Punishments range from severe penalties to permanent ban, depending on evidence.
8) Real Money Trading (RMT) & Account Trading
You may NOT:

Buy or sell accounts
-
Buy or sell items, currency, or services for real money outside RawMU systems
-
Offer paid leveling, farming, or boosting services
RMT violations result in permanent account termination.
9) Advertising, Phishing & Impersonation
-
Advertising other servers, cheats, RMT sites, or services is prohibited.
-
Sharing malicious, phishing, or misleading links is forbidden.
-
Impersonating staff or claiming special privileges is not allowed.
10) Multi-Client, AFK & In-Game Systems
-
Multi-client usage is allowed only within RawMU limits.
-
AFK play is allowed only through official in-game systems.
-
External automation or AFK tools are prohibited.
-
Intentional disruption of gameplay or farming spots may result in penalties.
11) Donations & Paid Services
-
Donations are voluntary and support server operation.
-
Virtual goods have no real-world value and remain RawMU property.
-
Donated items or services may be modified, balanced, reset, or removed.
-
Refunds are governed by the RawMU Refund Policy.
12) Punishments
Punishments may include:

Chat mutes
-
Temporary bans
-
Permanent bans
-
Removal of items, currency, or services
Severity depends on:

intent

previous violations

impact on the server
13) Enforcement & Appeals

All enforcement actions are logged.

One appeal per case may be submitted via official support.

False reports or abuse of appeals may result in penalties.

Attempting to evade punishment (alt accounts, VPN abuse) will escalate penalties.
14) Service Availability & Liability

RawMU is provided “as is”.

We do not guarantee uptime, data permanence, or uninterrupted service.
-
Characters, items, or progress may be lost due to crashes, bugs, rollbacks, or maintenance.
RawMU is not liable for such losses.
15) Termination of Service
RawMU reserves the right to:

Suspend or terminate accounts at any time
-
Modify or discontinue services without notice
-
Reset servers, characters, or economies when necessary
16) Changes to Rules & Terms

Rules and Terms may be updated at any time.
-
Changes take effect once published.
-
Continued use of RawMU constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

This Refund Policy applies to all payments, donations, virtual currency purchases, and internal services provided by RawMU.
By making a payment on RawMU, you agree to this Refund Policy, the Terms of Service, and the Privacy Policy.
1) Paid Services & Virtual Currency
RawMU services may include:

Purchase of virtual in-game currency

Purchase of internal game services (VIP status, buffs, subscriptions, or similar)
All virtual currency and services:

Have no real-world value
-
Are valid only within RawMU
-
Remain the property of RawMU
Only users who are legally adults according to the laws of their country of residence may use paid services.
2) Control & Changes

RawMU has full control over all virtual currency and services.
-
Prices, content, conditions, and availability may be changed at any time, with or without notice.

Such changes do not create any obligation for refunds.
3) Refund Eligibility (14-Day Rule)
You may request a refund only if ALL of the following conditions are met:

No more than 14 calendar days have passed since the purchase date

The purchased virtual currency has not been used, spent, transferred, or consumed
-
Any purchased services (VIP, buffs, etc.) have not been activated or used
-
You can provide valid proof of purchase (receipt or transaction ID)
If any condition is not met, the refund request will be denied.
4) Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds will not be issued in the following situations:

Used or partially used virtual currency

Activated or consumed services
-
Account bans or suspensions due to rule violations

Loss of items or progress due to bugs, crashes, rollbacks, or resets

Server downtime or maintenance

Change of mind or dissatisfaction

Voluntary account closure
5) Refund Request Process
To request a refund:

6) Refund Processing

7) Chargebacks & Abuse

Filing a chargeback or payment dispute without contacting RawMU first is considered abuse

Abuse of the refund or chargeback system may result in:

Permanent account ban

Removal of donated items or currency

Blocking of future payments

RawMU reserves the right to dispute chargebacks with payment providers.
8) Third-Party Payment Providers

9) Delivery Issues (Not a Refund)
If purchased items or currency are not delivered due to a technical issue:
